Commercial De-fits
In commercial strip-outs, planning is key. We plan the schedule around centre trading hours, get the permits and inductions in order, and set up protections before the first wall comes down.
Shopfronts, joinery, ceilings and floor coverings come out, waste is sorted and removed, and the tenancy is left clean and ready for the landlord's inspection or incoming fit-out.

Renovations
We complete renovations from structural carpentry through to the finished work: wall and roof framing, subfloors, doors and windows, joinery, linings, architraves, skirting, plasterboard, setting and painting.
Because one crew carries the job from start to finish, the details that normally fall between trades — set-outs, tolerances, the way two finishes meet — get resolved quickly on site and the job keeps moving forwaqrd.

Insurance repairs
Storm, impact, water and fire damage: we attend for make-safe, then price the reinstatement against the assessor's scope so there are no surprises for the insurer or the owner.
Every stage is photographed and reported, any variations are raised before the work happens, and the property is handed back finished — not left waiting on one last trade.

The questions we get asked most
How do quotes work?+
We schedule a site visit, create a scope of work, then quote in writing with the scope, all inclusions listed and priced line by line. Any work outside that scope is raised as a variation before the work is done.
Do you work after hours or on weekends?+
Yes. Most shopping centre de-fits happen overnight or on weekends, and we plan the crew and waste runs around the centre's access rules.
Residential projects are usually not scheduled for after hours or over weekends.
Can we stay in the house during a renovation?+
Usually, yes. We aim to stage the work so that this is possible. We keep bathrooms and kitchens available where the scope allows.
Do you work directly with insurers?+
We work with claims builders and loss adjusters. We price against the assessor's scope. If you are the property owner, send us the scope and we will quote from it. We work with homeowners who have accepted cash settlement from their insurer.
